Returns and Refunds
Changed your mind
We will issue a full refund for items purchased that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s Paypal account or debit/credit card used for purchase within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs.
If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact email@example.com so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.
If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Incorrect goods/faulty products
We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
We guarantee to refund any non-personalised item(s) you are not completely happy with.
Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.
Please also note that items must be returned with all tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
We naturally want you to be delighted with the item(s) you receive, we however regret that due to the nature of personalised products we cannot offer returns on any unwanted item(s) that have been personalised, unless the product is faulty or has been incorrectly inscribed.
Return Delivery Charges
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us.
We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
If the item you received is faulty we will also refund a reasonable amount for return postage.
