Orders will be charged at £3.95 for Second Class postage. This option will allow us one working days to get the order together and posted out. It’ll take 3-5 working days to receive this item. There is also a First Class option charged at £4.95. For First Class, if the order is made before 1pm on a working day, it’ll be sent out first class the same day. If made after 1pm on a working day, or on weekends, bank holidays or other holiday periods it’ll be sent out the next working day.
If an order is over £30 then there is a free postage option. This will be sent out the same day if before 1pm or the next working day if after 1pm on a second class postage. Please allow 3-5 working days for this option.
Please note for all Personalised items: due to the items needing to be personalised, they will require 3-5 working days after your order is placed for the item to be sent out to you, regardless of your selected postage method.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
We naturally want you, the customers to be delighted with the item you receive. In the event that you are not satisfied, we can accept a return for personalised products if the item is faulty. Where this is the case we will send out a replacement or offer a refund for this order, including delivery. We regret that we cannot offer returns on unwanted items that have been personalised. This is in line with Long Distance Selling Regulations governing the sale of personalised products.
Should you wish to cancel your item ordered, please e-mail us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Please note, orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process.
Change to Personalisation
Misspelling? Change of mind? Forgotten that important bit of punctuation? If you have any change of personalisation please contact us via email as soon as possible with the change. Please note, orders that have been personalised cannot be changed once they have entered the production process.
Change of Address
We’ve all been there, ordered in a hurry and put your mum’s postcode down instead of your own (doh!). If you have put down the wrong postcode or needs to change the address completely, no worries contact us via email as soon as possible and if the order hasn’t left us we can change the address for you no problem.
Currently all orders will be processed through Paypal. This ensures that all information is secure and payment details aren’t able to be passed on. This also will provide you the standard online payment protections that Paypal offers.
We offer First and Second Class postage options. For First class if ordered before 1pm it’ll be sent out the same day (or next possible working day ie. If ordered on a Sunday the item will be posted on the Monday. For second class postage the item will be sent out one working day after the order is placed so please allow 3-5 working days to receive the item.
There is also an option for Free Delivery if an order is over the total of £30. This will be sent out the same working day if the order is placed before 1pm or next working day if placed after 1pm on a second class postage.

Here at Little Monster’s Boutique, we have teamed up with Total Gift’s UK to be able to offer you beautiful personalised gifts. This process requires 3-5 working days from when your order is placed and will be sent out as soon as your personalisation is completed.
Please note that if you order personalised items with other items, you will receive two different packages in the post.
Should you choose 1st class postage on a personalised item, you will still need to allow 3-5 working days due to the items personalisation process.
All data held by the website is encrypted. No payment details are held by us and are protected under Paypal terms and conditions.
Once you have placed an order and payment has been received we will package your order with love and send it out first class to you.
